13. What should I do with the firewood after delivery? You are responsible for storing the firewood properly to maintain its quality. We recommend keeping it in a dry, well-ventilated area.

14. What should I do if the firewood is defective? We do not have a replacement policy for defective products. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
